Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on Brokinis.com, only unopened products can be accepted for returns or exchanges. You don’t want your pee-pee or nips to touch where someone else’s pee-pee or nips touched do you? Well maybe you do, but some people don’t so that’s why we can’t do returns or exchanges on opened products, sorry. Your Brokini products will arrive in individually sealed plastic bags, if the plastic is opened in any way we cannot accept a return or exchange, sorry.
We're just a couple of Canadian bros so we'll always do our best to make things right if you're not happy with Brokinis.
If a product appears to be defective upon delivery, please contact us and we’ll try to sort it out. We quality check all of our products so it’s pretty unlikely but crazier things have happened amirite?
Returning Unopened Products
If you need to return a product that has not been shipped, you can receive a 100% refund if you contact us before it has been picked at our fulfillment center (normally within 24 hours M-F).
If an item has already been shipped but has not been opened - it can be returned to us for a full refund less shipping and fulfillment fees to and from the customer. Contact us at contact@brokinis.com for details about returning unopened products.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 hours M-F for processing returns. Returns may take 3-10 days to be refunded onto customer credit cards.
