Shipping policy
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All products ship from USA. Customers from outside the USA may need to pay customs/duties for products purchased from Brokinis. Brokinis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
BACK ORDERED PRODUCTS
If an order contains an item that is on back-order, the order will not be shipped until all items become available to ship. Contact us if you wish for a full or partial refund and have only available items shipped.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Our fulfillment center typically prepares and ships same day or next business day. This excludes holidays.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship to Canada/USA and anywhere else in the world our shipping carriers (mostly USPS, DHL and FedEX) allow us to ship. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
SHIPPING TYPE
We do our best to provide the same shipping type as purchased. If another carrier can offer similar delivery times, we reserve the right to change your shipping provider if your order will arrive in a similar time frame.
